Very nice property, clean and affordable. Great value for what you pay. It's a Japanese inspired property, and they really did a nice job recreating that style even down to the little details. Couple of small and simple things they could do to take the experience up a level: 1.) Bathroom toiletries are cheap. Any hotel that only offers the small bar of soap you have tear out of the packaging, to me seems like a cut rate hotel, and this place is not. Upping the presentation to dispensers or small bottles of body wash would be a . 2.) The coffee station downstairs could be improved. The only sugar options are again in those packaged kits (with the napkins powder creamer sweet & low stir straw). Putting out a simple coffee station with a few sugar options, stir sticks and a half & half pitcher would be so much better. 3.) We went to the restaurant there (Waterfall), the food and drinks are good, but the lighting is awful. The lights for an evening dinner are at full strength. There's no ambiance, no character. Just dimming the lights a bit would make a big difference.
These are small, simple things that could make a difference. Hope that helps, we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit.
