When checking in staff had no idea what he was doing and blamed it on me he was rude and disrespectful other staff at nite was ok in morning asked for trash bags she had in her hand and told me I had to wait just rude in general didn’t feel welcomed along with in AM she was opening up breakfast late and told us to wait even longer none of them should be working in hospitality

The room was nice. We stayed 2 nights but housekeeping didn't come after the first night and no new towels, etc. But for the price, I can't complain.

The rooms are dated even when the hotel had a renovation . Room was dirty beds small and metal frame like something from a prison. The door almost hits the toilet making it a chore to get in and out of. The breafast not good on Friday morning limited selection better on Saturday. I dont think ill be back to thst property even tho I will be doen to portland agsin for shopping

All but one night
Stay was ok. Last night there was people running around the hotel around 3am. Yelling screaming. Cursing. Huge fight going on. Waited to see if policec were called and in fact none were. They really need security in this hotel.
