Nice clean hotel as expected with Holiday Inn, with usual amenities. Wish there would be one harder pillow. All pillows very soft and thin. We got a ground floor room looking out to cars parked outside our window, so had to keep curtain closed all the time. Didn't eat at hotel.

The area the hotel is in doesn’t seem very safe, but this is not the reason for my rating. My son tripped on loose tile walking out of the elevator. Luckily he didn’t fall. Floor of the elevators was filthy, gym equipment has not been cleaned in I don’t know how long, and there was expired milk jug sitting outside of the elevator. It seemed they had no one walking around to clean up. The floors of the room were damp and I was grossed out to even take my shoes off. The bath tub was also grimey and needs a good scrubbing.

A great spot when things didn't go well at PDX with my flight. Last minute accommodations, the airport shuttle was quick and easy and I was very happy to have a gym and pool to enjoy!

It seems too dark in the corner and clearly needs an overall to be consistent with the Brand. Tear it down and put up a Home Suite2 never version. The vibe is too sketchy pre entry. Did not get the normal safe vibe as the other IG properties.

The hotel is very outdated. The hallway carpet seemed dirty the elevator floor was literally coming up. The ceiling is really low. Our room was clean minus one of the pillows looked like it had makeup on it. Our shower curtain rod was so rusted that one side broke away from the wall. The staff was very helpful and gave us breakfast vouchers for our trouble. The beds were very comfortable, and the sever in the restaurant for breakfast was awesome. He was the only server and it was busy and he was killing it. Overall the staff was great and the hotel is old.

I didn't leave my room so I can't speak to the offered amenities. However, the one complaint I have as a tall person (6'8") is that the hallway between the front desk and the elevators was uncomfortably short. I had to stoop to avoid hitting my head on the fire sprinklers and was only (roughly) an inch from hitting my head on the ceiling.
