The room was good, not quite what I expected by a "Suite" but the most frustrating part was arriving and finding a broken door jam on the bathroom door and a towel hook hanging on for dear life. This was reported to the hotel 10 minutes after check in. But overall. Minor complaints would stay again.

Looks very nice and new but a few issues
Very nice new hotel, convenient to restaurants, airport, interstate, and shopping. Our room had an adjoining room access that was open on both sides when we arrived for our single room. It was very difficult to latch the door on our side. That should have been locked on both sides before we arrived. Construction going on next door but that wasn’t a big problem for us. Breakfast was not the best ir worst we've seen at hotels. The toasters didn’t really toast and the waffles irons were hard to us. The guy working that area was having a bad day so service there wasn’t great unless you stuck with the basics.

I didn’t have a good experience. The room had too many stains on the couch and the floor. The toilet seat was cheap, broken, and wobbling. The bathroom door was broken and would not lock. A sign said room service every other day, but no one came for our 3 days we were there.

We changed rooms after Night 1. Upon arrival, sofa bed was pulled open and half the drawers were fully-opened. Sofa cushions were badly stained. Sliding bathroom door was missing hardware, making it hard to open and close. Carpet was old and stained. 2nd room was better. We cancelled our reservation for third night.

I’m amazed this property was rated excellent. I’ve never booked thru Expedia before, but I do not trust their ratings after this. Our “non-smoking” room clearly has been smoked in. The fitted sheets didn’t stay on the bed, the hallways smelled like they’ve been sprayed in fabreeze excessively, and breakfast was so bad we ate left over pizza we ordered the night before. The shower was dirty and the floors in the room felt sticky/oily at the same time idk how that even is, but did not take off my shoes after feeling it. The only good thing is that the staff is super friendly

Construction next door eliminated most of the parking spaces. Very loud in the hallway. Dogs barking. Mold in the shower. I had to take the lid off the toilet and pull the chain to flush, handle didn’t work. I’m not usually a complainer, but for $300 plus for one night, I expected more. I stayed in room 311 on 10/05/2024.

Read the fine print: you have to stay AT LEAST 2 nights to even get your room cleaned. No one told us about that, and we got back to our room after being gone for the day, and it had not been cleaned. Only then when I asked at the desk did I find out. Warning: before staying here, you should know they won't even clean your room unless you stay there 3 nights. Find somewhere where you can get your room cleaned, it is a rip off.
