This facility was great! Hospitality was excellent! Rooms were nice and bright and beachy. The only thing I could say negative is that the pool water was a bit green and not very inviting. Our room was at the sun deck so it could get a bit loud as everyone sat up there and hung out, but it was a nice place to just come out and sit in rocking chairs or at the table and play games!

Within walking distance (less than 10min) to the pier, amusement park and dining options. Property was clean, rooms were clean. They did say if you stay 4 or more nights then full housekeeping is provided halfway through the stay, but that didn’t happen so that’s why I gave it 4 stars. Staff were super nice and helpful anytime we needed anything. The heated pool was also closed one day for chemical imbalances which was a bummer, since it was a little too chilly for the beach one day. The beach is right off of the parking lot which was the best part of the stay. I also liked the guaranteed parking space, it alleviated a lot of stress about parking. The grocery store is also within a 10min drive so that was good to stock up on fruit and breakfast essentials for the hotel room. Would definitely stay here again!

The distance to the beach is what you’re paying for. The rooms are ok, dated appliances and worn areas but clean. Clear they are trying to appear updated with shiplap and paint. Close to all the happenings of downtown OOB. Beautifully close to the beach. Probably won’t return for the price point relative to the accommodations but it seems standard for the area.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La proximité de l’hôtel avec la plage a facilité nos déplacements avec les enfants. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine très agréable et bien entretenue. Le motel se trouve à une distance de 8 minutes de marche du Pier et de toutes les attractions, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Notre chambre était très spacieuse pour une famille de 4 avec 2 enfants et avait toutes les commodités nécessaires comme un frigo, un micro-ondes, etc. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu accès à un stationnement, avant l’heure du check-in et nous avons reçu un très bon service de la part des employés du motel. Nous y retournerons assurément l’an prochain!
