Fantastic stay for a weekend visit. Property very well maintained with beautiful flowers throughout. Rooms had very nice, updated decor. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay again!

The sheets and pillowcases were worn and did not look or feel clean. An investment in bedding is really needed. When walking on the floors our feet showed dirt and it felt gritty on the arrival. Window air conditioners were as loud as the train. Luckily the ceiling fan kept us comfortable.

It was a very comfortable room. The property had gorgeous flowers everywhere. The pool was very clean . The path to the beach was right behind the property. It was a great place to stay and I will go back.

Incredibly clean, friendly staff, a few steps to the beach. What more can you ask for. Daily housekeeping provided. Parking on site. 8 minute walk to the pier for everything you need that old orchard beach has to offer. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
