Beautiful unit and very clean.. the only negative is the water pressure was very low. Also I would have give this place a five star, but we found a used tampon.. the manager got it taking care of very quickly.

The property overall is nice. We had a good time. However, our checking experience was not the best. We got there late in the evening and it seems that there was some kind of room allocation error. There in the room that was originally allocated to us was accidentally assigned to somebody else, even though our situation got resolved, and we were allocated in room, which was similar if not better, however the communication from the front desk staff while we were checking in was left a lot to be desired. We were not explained on what this situation/the issue was that time it was ready discomfort to know.

Great place to stay for a family of 4! We will be back! Staff was wonderful. Loved it! If you plan to go in the water at the “beach” you will need water shoes. (But that is for most places in Key west)

The hotels customer service was terrible. Unfortunately due to the recent hurricane we were not able to fly. Obviously, not the best start to a vacation. The hotel was less than impressed that our airline wouldn’t fly and the representative at the hotel said “there isn’t an evacuation order so there will be no refund”. Expedia was trying their hardest to help, all the representatives we spoke with at Expedia were awesome! We understood that a full refund might not be possible, we even asked for a credit for a future stay. However the “manager” wasn’t having any of it. It’s interesting how it’s our fault an airline canceled flights.

The facility was spotless! They even cleaned the grills every day to perfection!. Staff was fantastic! Condo and facility set-up with pool and landscaped grounds were great. Disappointed in the "Beach". Not as nice (nor sandy) like the pictures depicted.

We had a good time. I was a little disappointed that the condo had areas that had been damaged or in need of renovation. The pictures and the rating were a bit different than what we had. For example, the kitchen cabinets had been damaged and the furniture in the living room was worn out. The primary bathroom was really nice. The service was amazing. Maybe it was just our particular unit.
