Property was clean and pool access 24 hours was nice. 2 days of fire alarms were deafening for aure. No elevator use and we were on 3rd floor. Called twice asked questions, sounded like kids satinh we will text you tour answer. No ine texted either time,i jad to call again both times, bar closes at 7 qnd no food after 5, weird if yoi dont want steak and a huge bill you have to eat at the famcy dining. No one wants to do that the whole trip

There is no daily room cleaning included in our stay, and management charges $50 per day for cleaning. We booked two rooms, each with a king bed, for our family of four (parents and two kids) for six days. If we opted for daily cleaning, it would cost us an additional $600. This seems unreasonable, considering we already paid for the accommodation.

Very old building and poor property maintenance - Not realy a 3 or a 4 star hotel as it claims to be - rooms are old - poorly maintained -Lights did not work -No phones in the room -sand on tne floor -No room service -You need to request rom service and obly get it once for an extended stay - No way to realy reach the reception after you check in

We stayed in a standard room at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was clean and ready early, which would have been a bonus if our flight wasn’t delayed. One of my favorite features was the complimentary shuttle service that runs from 9 AM to 11 PM, making it so convenient to get to and from downtown Key West. The pool area was fantastic, with a bar and food service available—perfect for relaxing after a long day. We enjoyed the food at Chicken Walk, and for my birthday, we dined at Tavern N Town. The restaurant gave me a free entrée just by showing my ID, and the food was absolutely delicious. The only downside was the “beach” area. While there were nice chairs for lounging, the water didn’t look very clean, which was disappointing. Another thing to note is that daily room cleaning isn’t provided for short stays. This wasn’t an issue for us, but I did hear others mention it. We also had a clogged toilet but it was fixed quickly. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff, restaurant teams, and shuttle drivers were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering great tips about the area. The hotel’s location near the airport and a golf course is also a bonus. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We like location of the property being away from downtown, the shuttle service was an easy way to get to downtown. Restaurant was good! The only thing we didn't anticipate is that housekeeping was at additional cost. In most cases this is fine but wasn't great 4-day stay with few days spent in the ocean.
