The woman at check in was very nice. The building is very outdated. The mattresses were terrible and box springs looked to be very old. The bathroom faucet was literally falling off. We needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I will spend the extra $25 next time and book a nicer hotel.

There was a hold palced at check in for incidentals and I was told would be refunded in 3-4 days as long as room wasnt damaged. Bed was awful. Person sized hole in middle, me and my partner kept rolling into each other by default. When I complained to the front desk, I was told bt receptionist/host she would "leave a note for them". No discount offered for a bad experience even after saying it was the worst noght aleep if my life.EVERY time someone opened the door to their room, we heard it as if it was our room. Only food for purchase at location, no breakfast. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
