The staff was helpful in changing our room to two queen beds instead of one queen beds. We didn’t know that we would not be getting Best Western points because we used your services will not be using your service anymore

I did enjoy my stay. I just was really shocked at the price that I paid and I got there and I realized it was so much older in the room is just we weren’t with the picture showed. I think the pictures showed and I expected something different overall it was OK. I was on the second floor. I had to go upstairs, which was really hard for me because I have a bad hip no elevator. It was just a very old property and nothing with the picture showed and I paid a lot for the room.

Good place to stay
Rooms and property are clean and well maintained. The free breakfast leaves a little to be desired and they struggle to keep everything (food as well as cups, plates & utensils) stocked. Room was comfortable parking is easy. This is a very decent to stay

small coastal town in Oregon. Inn was just perfect for my family to stay overnight. very close to popular ocean tour sites. friendly staff advised us well on where to visit.

Unfortunately for this area this is the "best" option if you need to stay in the area. From check in to check out the experience was not great. I did not feel safe and the room felt really dirty and the carpet is disgusting.

I was there three days. After reporting issues with my tv, problem wasn’t fixed. I checked in early afternoon, they gave me the room next to the laundry. I had them move me. I had fresh towels, but my bed was not remade. A first for me.

No elevator
Very clean room, comfy bed, table and 2 chairs. What I didn't realize is no elevator and we were on 2nd floor. Stairs were concrete on outside of building and 1/2 flight, whole flight, turn a few more steps..rough carrying suitcases. Free breakfast wasn't bad..nothing outstanding.
