When we checked in at the front desk, the staff was rude, impatient and unprofessional. He seemed like he was rushing to go on a break or something so he just put the card keys on the table and left the front desk without saying anything or even looking at us. He also had a rude manner while helping us checked in. When we got in to the room, we noticed that we didn’t get any soap or body wash so we had to call to the guest services and requested them. The towels and bedsheets were dirty as we found a bunch of hair on them. We also found a hair pin on the floor right next to the bed. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
