Friendly staff, always helpful. Minibar prices too expensive. Disappointed there was very small fridge and no freezer. We were travelling around and had a few things of our own we couldn’t put in.

The unit was well maintained and great for our short stay

We stayed at this property for around 10 days due to a medical emergency. The staff were amazing and the hotel is close to the CBD, RHH and the waterfront restaurants. Great place to stay.

I stayed a night with my wife and four kids and really enjoyed our time there. Colin and Jeanette were very nice and we loved the unique manor accommodation. Located just outside the village of Ricmond in a beautiful rural setting complete with horses, sheep, dogs and cats...the kids had a great time! Hope to go back there in the future.

The hotel has an excellent and convenient location, it is perfect for a one or two day stay and the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff were great , pillows & bed extremely comfy. Well situated & felt the the Club Lounge offered great value.
