The rooms are spacious with plenty of sitting area, staff was friendly, AC was cold at times but did warm in the room a few times. Bar was convenient but not many options. My main complaint was no parking and basically having to use valet all the time, then having to pay for it. If you don’t have parking space don’t charge for valet parking.

Loved this property!!! Very spacious room. The air conditioning worked great .... and no musty smells! The room layout was fantastic! We are very impressed. The hotel lobby and lounge area is very welcoming, plenty of hangout sections whether you are having morning coffee or a late night drink at the bar.... great vibe. The Art work is amazing!!! The patio area out front is also a very pretty area, plenty of sofas and conversation areas, large flower pots dotted around. Pretty and spacious. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We were in town for a show at the Dr Phillips Theater, this hotel is directly across the street from the Theater. It is a walkable area for restaurants, bars, etc. It is also right off the ramp from the interstate so very easy access. We did not hear any traffic noise through the night at all.

This is our go to hotel whenever we come into town for music or theater events! Fabulous rooms with climate controlled ac, swivel tv, plenty of room to spread out! My only negative would be the hassle it has become to get your car out of valet and lack of staff (bartenders) at the Pink event. Never got to try the appetizers as they never came by us at the bar. Other than that we will definitely return!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The room was very comfortable. I must say shout out to the three hostesses who was Angel, Tameka and especially Ivy who made our stay very relaxing and comfortable. Their warm smile and willingness to make us feel at home is beyond five star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
