Compare Ski Hotels in Rock Hill

I booked this hotel last minute during the recent winter storm in upstate NY. The Online booking was simple. The check in process was fast and the worker at the front desk was very courteous and informative about the area and the amenities of the property.

I always enjoy my stay here and I do stay often. I give five stars because even if I’ve ever had an issue it’s immediately resolved. I try not to bother the staff too much and they are always asking me do I need anything because of that. They are very attentive. Whenever they see me they are kind and friendly.

We had a king suite, it was beautiful and immaculate.

Everything was fine, except i had trouble with the thermostat & raising the temperature in my room.

Everything was exceptional! Clean, friendly staff, beautiful amenities. If I'll have to complain about something ...it would have to be dining options. I would probably give more staff at the dining restaurant downstairs. It was over a half hour wait to eat at the restaurant downstairs and then one server to bring food. The buffet was unappetizing. On our last night we couldn't get food because of wait times at the restaurant.

this hotel is beautiful. can't wait to go back
