Great location. Nice side view from room 205. Dis likes. Room wasn’t entirely cleaned. Shower had issues. No ac. But. For the price it was clean enough and a great little spot. Will visit again.

I was a good price for a night at the beach. There was nothing special about the room. The room was clean, it had a refrigerator and Microwave. Very close to beach and the main drag in Rockaway. I didn't have a pet but i will be back with my dog. It fit my need perfectly. I went there to hike. The internet was good.

Simple, pet friendly, close to beach
For the price you can’t really complain. The floor was a little dirty, almost seemed like floor trash was just swept under the bed. But a broom was included so I was able to tidy up before I dog ate all the leftovers. Toilet ran all the time, but if we closed the door you couldn’t hear it. Overall it was fine tho. We didn’t stay right off the beach to stay in the room all day. Would rent again

Right next to everything!
We loved how close we were to the beach and many of the shops. We ate breakfast at Grumpy’s across the street and it was super yummy. An old inn/motel with some updates, but overall a good place to stay.

Quick Beach Getaway
Great location with a view of the ocean from the balcony just a block away. One block in the other direction for food! Didn't need to interact with any staff, nice peaceful time away!

Ok.
Room original price was fine, but fees were exorbitant. Don’t think I’ll be using Vacasa again, fees are too much. The place seemed to be clean until something rolled under the bed. Shudder! There was a thick layer of dust and sand under there. There was no one on site that we could find to talk to. The key system was less than easy. It took us at least 5 minutes to get the keys to work. Ugh!

Property is older and updated inside decently enough, god enough for price paid. However, last night of stay internet wasn’t working and heater wasn’t working. Not a huge issue. But I was pretty upset when there was no hot water in the morning. That is a basic expectation and I am pretty upset about it. Won’t stay here again as a result

The pictures of the inside are accurate but the out side is very dated and sketchy. Parking is horrible. When we walked in it looked like the pics but when I lifted the comforter there were hairs and stained every where and we found several spiders and spider webs in the room. Obviously they don’t do thorough cleaning. I called the number that was provided and got a refund I was not going to spend the night with the bed sheets being so dirty. So we found a really nice lace in Garabaldi!! Our vacation started off bad but ended great!!! Don’t stay here!!!
