Broken Room Phones: Phones didn’t work, forcing us to go to the lobby for any request. 4. AVOID - even if they pay me to stay, i will never again stay! Room significantly smaller than advertised. Air-conditioner will tske you 20-30 years back in the past, the machine managed to cojjjol the room from 27.6 C to 25.4 C in 18 hours that we stayed in the room. Non chalant attitude of the 2 techinicians who came to see the room about the failure to cool - said " uts like this in the entire hotel" After a lot of back and forth, the technician and reception team said we could see another room but the aircon will be no different. Good breakfast provided.

Not everyone sits in a bathtub. Shower curtains should be provided for people that take showers standing to avoid water spills. TV’s should be programmed for different languages. Refrigerator should work. There should be window screens to avoid flies and spiders coming in. Rooms are super small for the price. Fake pictures & false advertisement on the web. The additional tax was unexpected & unfair. I had paid everything online. Hidden charges are not good for business. The hotel was outdated, 70’s style. Mattress & pillows were super uncomfortable.

During my stay at hotel, I noticed one minor inconvenience: the entrance design has gaps between the stones, which makes dragging luggage a bit challenging. That aside, the stay was overall enjoyable due to the high cleanliness standards and the friendly staff.
