Mixed feelings. The management was very responsive and nice. However I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, had a shuttle (which I assumed was free) and provided breakfast. However we were told the shuttle wasn’t free (10 euros per person each way) and wasn’t even running. We had to wait about a hour for a different shuttle to take us to the hotel at a cost of 20 euros. The following morning, we waited 15 minutes outside the hotel for another shuttle to take us back to the airport (also 20 euros). Breakfast was just bad. Room was very small. We should have paid a little more and stayed at a nicer more convenient place.

Very cozy and unique hotel with beautiful beach and restaurants right next to it. Beach has great sand, which is not too common in Italy. Hotel staff is very nice. They have free breakfast.

We came back to Rome to catch flight home. This is a great place to stay night before a flight. Quiet, clean and they arranged shuttle transportation to airport for the next morning. Perfect for us!

Stefano was a wonderful host. Our airport transfer was 20 minutes late and had 1 seat left for 2 people and still charged us the same price despite the fact that there was only 1 seat belt.

We missed our flight so needed a last minute hotel room for the night near the airport. The owner/manager spoke very good English and provided very detailed communication via WhatsApp to enable us to arrive whilst he was out. It’s in a residential area 2 blocks from the beach, which offered the most incredible sunset, which is what we needed after a rather stressful day. The room was very basic with concrete walls and floors but clean with good aircon and everything we needed. The only issue was really the noise as there isn’t really any insulation, so we could hear other guests chatting in the courtyard and the planes flying overhead but I guess this is to be expected when choosing a room so close to the airport.

A good overnight option to catch an early flight the next morning. Beats the sameness of an international hotel brand. Great staff. A wonderful seaside seafood restaurant just a 5 min walk from the hotel.

Really liked the place and it had a lot of manual processes. lots of keys and instructions. parking requires opening and closing a rusty gate. I will say that for a beach getaway, this is a great place with concrete floors it has a beach camp vibe. right next to the airport so if you are a light sleeper...

Perfect way to complete our trip!

I am so happy we found this gem! Very convenient to the airport A few steps to the beach, incredible rooftop lounging areas, charming & comfy rooms and courtyard, and very attentive and kind hosts. Nice market down the street, too, so we enjoyed a little picnic dinner watching the sunset over the sea. It was perfect!

Ant trap!

This hotel, has a nice location near the airport by the beach with lots of restaurant choices. The only problem was there was ants in the bathroom and all over the room.! The double doors were a very smart idea so the plane engine sound didn’t wreck our sleep and the service lady was excellent!

I used the hotel as a one night layover in between flight, arriving late and leaving super early. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating making sure I have a friction free check in after hours, and seamless checkout (I just left the key in the room) early in the morning, plus they called a taxi for easy transfer. All of this was communicated and arranged in 3 WhatsApp messages. The place was perfectly charming, just as pictured. There is a beautiful fig tree in the middle of the courtyard with delicious fruit. The place is steps away from the beach.

We had a short overnight stay as we returned home thru FCO airport the next morning and this was the perfect hotel. The rooms and grounds are clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and stays in great communication around check-in/out. It is a excellent experience for the rate. Highly recommend.
