The property is in a great area for walking, shopping, dining. Our room; however, had a very strong cigarette smoke odor that was overwhelming. Everyone was hospitable though and accommodating.

Great stay! Close to the subway station and buses. Walking distance to a ton of things! Clean and the staff was friendly. A bit loud from the street at night but fine otherwise. Thanks!

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
FRAUD!!! FRAUD!!! BE CAREFUL, it was NOT anything listed pictures of the property. Once we got there we were taken to a different apartment and the guy lied by saying “it was an upgrade” but it was really a down grade from the pictures shown. Broken ripped pull out sofa to make a bed. Not promised what shown. So just a warning to everyone. AND broken blinds, think about it anyone can see you from outside. UNBELIEVABLE

Great stay but please read the email they send!
First of all I’ll say this and please don’t make the same mistake I did! READ THE EMAIL THEY SEND YOU! It clearly states their rules and conditions for arrival and check in. For example in their rules for checking in is that if you arriba after 9pm there is a fee to pay also there is no 24hr reception, THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. Saying all that the place is amaZing and the location is the best, everything is seriously within walking distance and we did almost everything by walking. The gentleman who greets you is kind and friendly also very informative of the area. It’s good for families and it’s a quiet location.

This place is absolutely beautiful! We stayed in the junior suite and it was great. Beautifully decorated and very spacious! The person who checked us in (forgot to ask him his name) was so incredibly nice and helpful! Airline lost our bag and he went above and beyond to help us get it back! Thank you! The location of this property is perfect! Thank you for an amazing stay!

LOCATION!!!!!! 500 ft in between the Piazzi di Spagna and the Piazza del popolo. Fantastic. You go out, look at your left, you see the Piazza di spagna fountain, look at your left, you see the one for the piazza del popolo. Room is extra clean, all new, perfect. It's on the third floor and there is no elevator. But they will help you with your bags when checking-in. To check-out, just leave the key in your room and you go. It's not an hotel, it's a room that you rent. You cannot find a better location and better room for the price if you dont look for services. Once they check you in, they gave you the key and bye-bye. If there is a problem, you have to call and they will come. But there is no problem to have. Strongly recommend.

Very nice employees, but the showers were cold and the walls were thin. Both mornings the hot water turned cold in less than 5 minutes, like the water heater tripped.

Great little boutique hotel near Spanish steps
We loved staying here. It was perfect for our needs. We even got upgraded to the biggest room at the property. While it is small - only 3 rooms at the property, it is safe and secure. It is also centerally located- one block from the Spanish steps. We were able to check in early by contacting the property and also left our luggage on the last day. The owner is very responsive via email. The property was also clean and we could not have asked for more during our stay. Would certainly come back.

Our stay was perfect - the most wonderful host who was punctual to a T, welcomed us so graciously and went the extra mile to help. Location is beyond perfect - central but totally quiet, surrounded by every amenity and in the heart of local rome. 11/10!

En familj på fem med tre barn upplevde vår vistelse som kanon. Nära till Spanska trappan och övriga sevärdigheter. Nära till tunnelbanan som gjorde att vi kunde spara lite på krafterna. Trevligt bemötande när vi anlände. Stort plus med två badrum på rummet. Hotels bör dock uppdatera informationen om att boendet kräver kontakt innan. Vi försökte men utan resultat men inga problem ändå vid incheckning. Härlig vistelse! Kan varmt rekommendera!
