Jessica is wonderful person, the location is good, near to metro and historical center.
It is a good option for who traveling alone.
Just the wifi doesnt work very well.
Good, very clean room with excellent desk support. Room smallish but good for one. Shower stall nice size. I needed some info printed out and was done quickly and with a smile. Breakfast option was for in room or cafe just down the street which was very nice. Enjoyed lunch there. North of main attractions. Will stay again.
Great hotel for the price! Would definitely recommend it! Walking distance to metro, outdoor shopping/souvenir shopping, small supermarket, vatican, restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Chinese... Mc D's) nice little bakery. Kept quite clean daily. AC worked great in the heat of summer! Nice tv with many stations although they were all in Italian. Tea maker and supplies provided. Shampoo and soap provided. Nice newer neighbourhood. Don't know what more you could ask for considering the price!
Only negatives were that the shower was pretty small and the doors would stick. We asked about breakfast. It's not included even though they are listing themselves as a b&b. otherwise highly recommend it!
I rang the hotel in advance to ensure it wouldn't be a problem to check in late due to late flights. The lady I spoke with was wonderful and the hotel waited for us on the evening we checked in.
The room was very clean. It had a little balcony to it which was nice when it was very hot! It also had a safe, television and private bathroom.
The hotel changed our towels every day and made the bed. They also provided us with a kettle in the room and tea sachets.
When our balcony shutter broke, someone came to fix it immediately, within 15 minutes of us reporting the problem.
The lovely staff also provided us with information about the area and the best sightseeing tips, as well as how to reach the beach.
The hotel is far from many of the main attractions but there is many buses that pass close by. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I'm paranoid with my luggage everywhere i go and i never leave any valuables (who travels with them really?) but i always place my luggage zipper in a way i know if someone opens it and of course the first item is also placed strategically just in case if the zipper moves accidentally. Sadly i cant say this hotel passed my test 2/4 days but I had no cloths nor souvenirs taken. The room is decent and Wifi was stable. I booked this hotel with the app and saw that it says there that this hotel has a shuttle ( i still have the screenshot of the booking an all) . When we called from the airport the lady said that 'they don't have it right now' and explained how we can make it there. On our way back the staff helped us with an early shuttle back 5am (and no staff is around till 9am) and to our surprise the shuttle was a Cab and of course there was a fee. So it was very disappointing!!! Oh and I should have read the reviews first i would have noticed that this isn't really a 'B&B'. NO food can be purchased here but that mistake on me.
The hotel is small but very cosy. The service was great, Ladys from reception can speak very good in english so we didn't have any problems with communication. distance from city center wasn't too bad, advantage was price 100£ for 3 night.! fully recommend this hotel!

Name of hotel is misleading
The hotel was clean, staff were pleasant and extremely helpful and accomodating, however the hotel is NOT a bed and breakfast. The name is misleading NO food is served there. The area is almost concerning lots of graffiti around and poorly lit for walking to it at night.
We stayed here for 5 nights. It is a fantastic hotel, room was very clean with private bathroom. It was also cleaned and given fresh towels every morning. The lady at reception was fantastic, very friendly and was there to help us in any way that she could! Thank you!
It is within walking distance from two metro stations but we also found it very nice to walk all over Rome. There is a local supermarket just around the corner and it is also near some very good bars and pizzarias. I would not hesitate to recommend this to family and friends and I will definitely be staying here again when I go back to Rome.
Thanks for a wonderful experience!
Very clean room close to Vatican city in a calm comfortable place. We had our bed laid down, towels changed each day, even shampoo and hairdryer, TV, fridge in the room were provided! Could not expect even better! Although due to late arrival we had to wait a bit for the staff to come and have been charged 20 Eur additionally for the late check-in, the place was really worth it. Breakfast was great-provided in local cafe (due to the weekend we had a possibility to test even two of them) with real italian coffee and crosan-best places to see how each morning starts for the locals.Definitelly would stay in this place once again and recommend it for everyone. On minor minus-we heard our neighbours snoring maybe due to tiny isolation of walls but for us that was really ok.
We had a very bad experience due to a mistake by a receptionist. A week before check in I called the hotel to let them know that our flight was canceled and that we will be coming the following morning at about 9 am. All was good until we arrived that morning and she let us know that they gave our room to someone else the previous night. We were surprised by that and asked why did they give our room when we already prepaid for that night and were expecting an empty room waiting for us. She said that it is their policy to give an empty room even though we paid for it just because we didn't arrive that night. Needless to say we weren't happy and tried to explain to her our disappointment because we had to wait another 4 hours for the other people to check out for us to get some rest after traveling from Australia for almost 40 hours. There was no apology from the receptionist that made the mistake, she blamed the whole situation on her colleague. We spoke to the manager on the phone and he said it wasn't his problem. They refused to give us the money back for that night even though they charged the other couple for the room as well. We called Expedia about the problem and they said it's up to the hotel if they want to reimburse us and couldn't help us at all which was a disappointment because I thought Expedia guarantees customer satisfaction when problems like these arise.

A Great Base to Explore Rome
I stayed in a twin room mid-week before heading to Tuscany. Overall it was quite pleasant. The room and bathroom were exceptionally neat, and there was enough space for bags etc. Both beds were very comfortable and all appliances/ sockets were in good order.
However, don't expect to get much sleep! Both nights were incredibly disrupted. We could hear every conversation, every step made in the rooms surrounding us until 12:30am... And the curtains did little to block out the outdoor lighting.
In terms of the location, it was ideal. 5-10 mins walk from the metro line A (2 stops to Roma Termini/ 15 mins to the Colloseum) and within walking distance of the Vatican, we couldn't have asked for much more given the price.
Be prepared to walk another 5 mins for your breakfast as well. We got a ticket for pastries and coffee at a nearby cafe. Eating locally turned out to be better value than the tourist traps in the city centre!
The staff were very friendly and supportive , helping us with taxis and bus routes. The b&b is only a 15 walk to St. Peter's with piazza manzinni only 2 minutes away with a lovely range of bars and resturants. It was a huge room which was very clean, free wifi and breakfast at a local cafe.
Súper bien, la comunicación muy bien. Excelente servicio y limpio. Lo único la secadora de cabello tiene un solo nivel. Lo demás la mejor atención y muy buena ubicación.
