This was the worst experience I had. In the checkout the receptionist told me that the payment was only for one night and not 2 nights. I showed that I paied in expedia , she say that in the computer and system, it says that I paied only one night. After 20min she understands that I fully paied. Other point: the check out I make it very early at 5:00 i asked one night before for 2 breakfast boxes because I paied already for breakfast. In the morning I find a buffet for breakfast open, I asked receptionist if we can take breakfast there , she said No this is only for other customers from airline company. I told her ok give me the breakfast boxes I asked yesterday, she gave me only one box , and she told me she can give only one bix per room. In the box there is nothing only small croissant, small juice and small yougurt that s all. No water, i asked her give me at least water and coffee, she said she can not. After I insisted and said I will complain, she gave me only one small bottel of water and let me to go to the bufet just to take coffee. And she was shouting when I went close to bread in order to take sugar and she thought I will eat something from there. This is not acceptable at all. And how as a customer of Expedia and gold member I am treated like that with all family even my small baby and parents. I wait for a reaction from yourside Expedia.
