First time visiting Salem and this hotel was the most conveniently located to walk everywhere. Still thinking about the chocolate flourless torte from the holiday menu. 10/10 would come back again!

Nice old hotel . We were hear for wedding and were able to get into room early . Was really cold outside and staff member came to make sure our room was warm enough. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Loved the Hotel, the staff was very nice and it was very clean. Everything was so close by! Right across the street from the Witch Museum, and other amenities .... local bars were also accessible and all the people were so pleasant. Hotel staff were very hospitable and parking was free long as you stayed there. Didn't even move the car until we left.

I love the Hawthorne Hotel and go every year, but this time the bathroom was dirty and the smell of pot on floors four and five was ridiculous. The bathroom sink had someone's stubble from shaving in it and the shower was not clean. The staff is amazing and helpful.

Nice traditional hotel, enjoyed the old fashioned feel. Very convenient for a one night stay to see a concert in Lynn. Grabbed a quick and nicely priced bite in the restaurant and got a drink after last call from the bar before bed. Excellent value over all.
