Hotel was brilliant, rooms were a nice size, with both a shower and standalone bath. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Facilities were great too, pool was beautiful and incredibly relaxing

We warmly welcomed upon arrival. The gentleman who took our luggages to store before check in was very thorough in his suggestions on what to do for our 24 hour visit in the area. All the front staff were warm and that really made us want to come back to Bath.

Very central to shops, theatres and walks. Very well laid out room and excellent breakfast. Would definitely book again, even though parking is a short walk away at a multi storey the hotel give a discount. Really enjoyed our stay

Great stay here with our baby, stayed here when it first opened. Staff were great and we had a good time

Loved hotel and lovely staff very polite and helpful.Parking first come first serve we were lucky but Sunday was free. Was a lovely walk not far to Winchester Winchester Cathedral fabulous.Think there is a bus in to City Centre but not sure we walked. Alfred’s restaurant very nice. Carole & Tony
