No parking, dirty, nothing works and it is old and worn out. Hotel is a joke for the price they want to charge. You would have a nicer stay in a Travelodge for sure. Never again.

The Hotel is what is expected to the price however the parking below is from another business and you have to pay(£15) per day to stay there, there is no direct path from parking into the hotel.

Modern hotel in the middle of historic city
Location is superb, and the underground Podium carpark, though separately managed, is convenient and spacious where city-centre parking is at a premium. The hotel has had a fairly recent refurbishment, so rooms are clean and modern, but the reception area and rooms do have a cramped feeling for a Hilton. Given the rich architectural history of the city as a whole, this hotel seems somewhat lacking in character by comparison, but on the other hand, the facilities and accessibility etc are up to date.
