Great location, close by to a retail park, good breakfast, the only downside was the cleanliness not great, found hair in bed on first night so I didn’t look further……, and not all of the reception staffs can smile. A little expensive for dog stay, £15 per and no special treatment?

Very efficient checkin. Quick and easy. Room clean and spacious and was more than adequate for our one night stay. Arrived later than expected so only had soup in the restaurant. Unfortunately this was poor quality, more like packet soup and rolls had been left in microwave too long so had gone hard. Not worth the money. However, breakfast in the morning was very good and a good selection. Was freshly topped up regularly. All in all, nice stay and well priced.

Business stay near Southampton
For the price it is pretty good. Rooms are a decent size, the bathroom is clean and the shower actually has a head you can remove, unlike many other chains. Breakfast is basic but filling, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only real negative is the limited food selection, but when you get in late after a long day at least there is something of decent quality that's served promptly.

Stayed in many hotels over many years and this is the first hotel where having the room cleaned doesn't include making the bed. We were on a 2 night stay after the 1st night room card needed to be reset as it was locked out.
