Absolutely loved the pool area, we had some great family fun in there and never too busy because of the booking system. The staff were all really friendly & helpful, particularly Ethan behind the bar who was exceptional and one of the ladies waitressing in the restaurant in the evening, I think her name was Ella. It brilliantly located for all the sights and parking a really short and easy walk away. Breakfast was fab too with so much choice. We will be back!

Whilst staff were very nice, the overall hotel is very basic and having booked this hotel for the pool use, we were then limited to using the pool once a day for 1 hour and had limited available slots that we had to rebook. Very disappointing.

Went here for a city break with my partner and oh was it perfect ! The hotel was situated perfectly for walking to all the sites, restaurants and shops . The staff were lovely and chatty and the hotel itself offered a slick finish very clean and quite fancy … definitely recommend as a perfect getaway!! .

I had the pleasure to stay at the Apex Hotel Bath for some three weeks through November and can honestly state that it was a most pleasurable, relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Of note was the hotel's breakfast room which always had a prompt and friendly manner of dealing with guests and an excellent, freshly cooked breakfast indeed. Another aspect of the hotel I genuinely appreciated was the pool and sauna facilities. I've stayed at many hotels around the world and often for long periods of time but the Apex bath's facilities were just about the cleanest and best run I have ever experienced. Kudos to those so responsible. The cleaning staff too, were particularly friendly and sensitive as to how they went about their duties. All in all, I can highly recommend the Apex Bath to anyone wanting accomodation in Bath and especially for those staying there for longer periods.

The hotel was really well located. The staff were very helpful. The complimentary drink was very welcome. The breakfast was excellent value. The gym was very good for hotel gym. We didn't use the pool but it looked good. We were staying for my dad's birthday - the hotel upgraded his room and left a birthday message and a small gift which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend a d visit again.
