Everything was great until Monday morning at the continental breakfast. Much of the food was gone at 8:45am and they would not replace anything, even when asked. The breakfast was supposed to go until 9am. It's ridiculous they couldn't serve the 10 people that walked in at 8:45!

The stay was okay. They did let us check in early, which was nice. However, the hotel looked rundown. There was repair work needed in the main lobby that wasn't being done. The door to our room would stick on the tile, so you had to force it closed, and the TV didn't work in the room.

Overall the room was clean and everything we paid for. The suite sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Would not recommend an adult sleeping on that mattress.

Our room was quiet and clean. The hotel is older and the rooms could use some updating. The tv had basic dish channels with no option to connect to streaming service. The breakfast was good, but pretty much the standard that you get at most mid level hotels. They did have fresh fruit. It was a convenient location for us and the rate was very reasonable.

Holiday Inn is my preferred hotel in every city. Consistently a pleasant experience. We were able to walk to dinner at a restaurant by a mall, and check out was later than most hotels.
