Have stayed at this location multiple times over the years. Hotel was remodeled and updated was always very convenient to Sea World and multiple attractions. A bit of road construction in the area but still easy in and out.

Although our stay was perfect, the only complaint I have is the hair from the previous guest was still on the shower wall. 🙁 Other than that, everything else was clan! It was great! Thank you. 😊

We had a little trouble with our first room but staff quickly resolved it and moved us to a new room. The kids loved the pool and the transportation to Sea World was very convenient!

While the daytime staff was wonderful, the evening staff was less than enthusiastic in my welcoming and in handling issues. I had no hot water for more than half of my trip and the jets in the jacuzzi were nonfunctional.

Okay stay for a Family Night

Pool had no towels available on Saturday afternoon...and no one staffing the bar during the 45 min we were out there -- approx 330p- 415p. Disappointing bc that was the only time we had out there before the storm hit. Also pool could have used some skimming as we were busy plucking leaves and debris out. Front desk staff were helpful
