We loved this suite and having a private bedroom with a door. Neither of our TVs worked properly, so the staff comped our valet parking.

Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely return. Love the spacious suite with a separate bedroom door to keep it extra quiet. Friendly staff and close to a lot. Wish they would upgrade their toiletries to a higher quality, but everything was available.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were all friendly. The room itself was quiet and nicely decorated. But it was in disrepair. The shower was the worst—fixtures separated from the tile, mildew on the grout, poor water pressure (“poor” meaning water actually stopped flowing several times during showers). The shower curtain had holes in it. The bedroom curtains weren’t attached to the wands. One of the barstool chairs in the living area was very rickety, and the base of the coffee table was cracked. The fitness center needs treadmills replaced; one wasn’t working at all and several buttons on the other were malfunctioning. There were no wipes or spray to wipe down the machines and mats, so the whole place looked and felt dirty.

The property is in a great location and was clean and comfortable. A few machines in the fitness room didn’t work but overall it’s a great place to enjoy the River Walk other attractions.

Beautiful hotel. Super clean. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was warm in January which was nice. We appreciated the safety measures including key access only to the elevators. Every single staff member greeted us or spoke kindly. We will be back. It was great being steps away from the Riverwalk.

This is as the best we found when we walked the Riverside Hotels. It was so friendly and bedroom was sooo comfortable. We were welcomed early and nothing was too much trouble. However you pay for what you get and it’s worth it! Highly recommended
