The door lock was not working smoothly on one of my attempts to enter the room. Pretty sure I was not comped for that. The 40.00 incidentals fee has not been refunded yet. One of the room remotes did not work at all on the tv. It was over all good but these minor problems really should not have ever happened

Check in was easy and efficient. Staff were friendly. Great location. Reasonable price. We did have a couple issues. Apparently, they allow pets on the 1st & 2nd floors. We were on the 4th floor and heard a dog barking on our floor. One of our trips in the elevator we noticed small puddles on the floor, and it smelled like dog. Our room was large and comfortable, but the A/C was difficult to regulate. The unit was in the sleeping area while the thermostat was in the sitting area. It was usually freezing in the bedroom and warm in the sitting area. Not sure how to fix that. We did mention these to the desk staff, and they said they'd look into it.

It’s listed as “riverwalk” but not close to the riverwalk. The room was ok but felt dirty. There were 2 used towels hanging over the towel rack when we got there. And the bathroom door is a barn door style with no lock. The breakfast was underwhelming. We only stayed one night and that was plenty. Dissappointed that it was pricey and a Marriott.
