Easy check in, comfortable studio room, relaxing spa and swimming pool, responsive room service (forgot a razor and toothbrush), quiet room with comfortable bed and the room was very clean. Can’t ask for much more!? Did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that and we parked in the National Theatre car park that we had used in town before.

We walked almost everywhere we went while in London, and staying at the Park Plaza Westminster was central to that. Our room was great and the property was wonderful. It was very festive, all decked out for the holidays, and that's why we were in London in the first place.

I had a really nice stay here, it was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the location is great. The staff were very polite and attentive. The gym facilities are very good. I received a complimentary room upgrade and money off room service as member benefits, I didnt know about any of these so it's lovely that the staff are so proactive about rewarding customers where they can. Thank you!

The location of the Park Plaza at Westminster Bridge cannot be beat. It has access to rail, underground and parliament/Big Ben are right there when you walk out. My only complaint is that it states there is a refrigerator in the room. It did not work properly. We reported it, but every morning, our small container of milk would be more like room temp and would not last until the second day.

Me and my boyfriend came here for his birthday. Staff were so friendly and the room was amazing. We went out to dinner and came back to the bar in the hotel afterwards. Overall, was a really good visit, easy to check in and check out, will definitely stay again.
