There are so many wonderful things about this hotel from the location to the food and comfort of the rooms, everything was just perfect! I love that you can see Big Ben from the hotel. Great food options in walking distance also. Definitely would stay here again!

The hotel was filthy. There was mold in the shower. Stains on the cabinets and dirty in the ice bucket. There was a big fight in town so there were no other rooms and it was obvious the hotel hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Wasted so much money here

This was a great hotel for our London stay. We were traveling with our son and the room was spacious for London. The staff was very helpful and the location was very walkable to multiple attractions.

The location is excellent. Size of rooms are real good for London but I stayed there over ten yrs ago and nothing has changed since then , It’s the same old carpets , tile etc . Seems outdated and smells like they’re covering up old carpet smell with way too much air freshener. My wife and I both commented on it every time we walked into the lobby there’s an overpowering smell of air freshener
