Very nice hotel in excellent location a couple of blocks from the city center. Staff was friendly, grounds were immaculate, and the room was beautiful. We felt so safe that we’d sleep with the sliding door completely open. Would definitely stay here again
Me encantó mi estancia en este hotel. El personal de recepción y del restaurante muy amables y servicial. Resolvieron cualquier duda que tuve. Mi habitación siempre muy limpia y con lo necesario, la cama muy cómoda y olía muy bien.
Loved the property. Lovely staff. The only thing is I didn’t realise my bedroom had no window I could see out of. Which is not ideal for long stays of if you plan to work remotely from the room.
For my wife and I, this Hotel is a great discovery in San Cristobal de las Casas. It is a house that was transformed into a Hotel only in 2019 and then had to close due to the pandemic. . . It is a magnificent European-style house with only 11 rooms. It could very well be classified as a Boutique Hotel. The location is very close to the main square and its surroundings (La Merced neighborhood).
When we return to Chiapas, to San Cristobal this will be our first option because it is a place that invites you not to leave it, or to always return.
We really got lucky finding this property. This is one of the prettiest places we've stayed. Everyone was super nice and helpful. It had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!
This was a charming hotel in the traditional style a few blocks from the main dining and shopping area. The staff was fantastic and the hotel was beautiful. They need to take a planer to some of the doors though because they were difficult to open and shut. The hotel West charming and I will return.

Nice hotel, great location but personnel doesn't provide you with right instructions for the tours, also it's super humid and rooms don't have AC units so make sure you ask for an electrical fan to make yourself a lit comfortable.
This property was comfortable and the staff are SO friendly and helpful. I felt safe and relaxed while there. The downsides: the room I was in got basically zero wifi, and effectively had no windows (a clerestory up top let in a little light but no air), which I find to be a bummer. The upsides: I got incredibly ill while I was staying here (NOT related to the hotel) and I was so well cared for and looked after by everyone, especially the young man who staff s the front desk overnight. I *wish* I had been well enough to take advantage of all the help this team was willing to provide in terms of finding things to do and getting out of town to see the sights. Next time!
The hotel had such a wonderful Spanish colonial feel including even the furniture, atmosphere, and architecture…. The staff were very friendly and helpful…. I scheduled several tours and rides from the front desk…. They primarily spoke Spanish, but when I showed them the Google translate app, they immediately downloaded it, and were always ready to converse with me when I had a question….Very close to the center if that’s where you want to be…..
