The hotel was nicely decorated but the maintenance and housekeeping seemed like it was neglected. The carpet in the hallways is absolutely disgusting like they have never been cleaned. The elevators had a musty order and the pool almost never had any towels available. We called the front desk numerous times to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper but no one answered. I finally went down to the desk to ask and someone finally brought some about 30 minutes later.
I do appreciate the convenience of having a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. The room itself has a nice layout with a modern feel to it. Although our shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion bottles were practically empty.
The breakfast buffet was ok, except the staff seems to have a hard time keeping it stocked. There is no way to wipe down tables yourself after someone eats there so we ate on sticky tables. The garbage cans were overflowing in the buffet area, it seems very poorly managed.
They charge $20 for parking per day but there aren’t enough spaces available so we had to park on the street a few times even though we were charged. I think hotels charging for parking is a crime and the hotel industry should be ashamed of themselves. It’s just a cash grab for them
