The lobby is clean and bright and so are the rooms. The hotel is older and the rooms are small. They have wall air conditioners and sometimes they blow directly on you in some rooms. The beds could be softer but they’re not bad. Overall It’s a good value at the price.

Friendly staff, very large room for our family of 4. Great central location with many restaurants and shopping nearby, and the streetcar to fisherman’s wharf two blocks away. Not a safe feeling when the sun went down but no fault of the specific hotel, it’s just how the city is.

Older building, in a convent location but Picketers from other hotels were protesting. Unfortunately there are a number of homeless in SF.

Very spacious rooms. First rate staff at the front desk, very accommodating and willing to help. Excellent coffee in the machines and in the morning at the down at the lobby. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend this facility.
