Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff. Overall experience ruined by the protests on the street nearby. Couldn’t stay in the room at all. The loud noise stopped after 10 pm but restarted at 6 am again. Would definitely recommend the hotel, would just make sure no ongoing protests nearby.

We loved the room, location, and hospitality of the staff. I utilized the gym and the facility was fantastic. The starlight bar was very cool! The check in and out process was seamless. We were also able to leave our bags after checkout as we weren’t quite ready to head to the airport.

Loved this hotel especially the bars. One bar on top floor and one in lobby — both had incredible drinks. Top floor bar had amazing views and drinks, but the service was lagging. The shower leaked all over our bathroom because it had a very small glass “door”

Excellent staff & service, however, the property is dated and feels every bit of a 60-70 yr old building that has been kept alive by heavy upkeep and maintenance. Plus the room sizes are disappointing. The lobby entrance and the starlight bar are exquisite and the main attractions of the property. But I feel for a 4-star rated hotel & the price they charge, the property is a let down.

The aesthetic was beautiful. But we were not given the perk up front just directed to go to the bar. Then the bar said we needed the tickets. So we had to pay for the drinks. Second, there was sheet rock under the water station that had not been vaccumed.
