This spacious 2nd floor 3-bedroom condo is the perfect location for your beach getaway. You're just an easy walk to fabulous dining and shopping on the ground floor. And just across 30A is your deeded beach access. Need a break from the sand? Enjoy a refreshing dip in Grand Isle's pool.

Inside you'll find décor that is simply stated but comfortable and coastal chic. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas making casual conversations effortless. Out the back door you'll find a large balcony with a table that seats 6 for casual dining and 2 large rocking chairs for complete relaxation. Enjoy the soft, Gulf breezes as the sun sets on the horizon.

Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks and shower.

Great space!
The condo was very spacious for our family of 4 and the walk to the beach was easy. There was an issue with WiFi (wrong name and password) but it eventually got sorted out after 5 days. Overall, I’d recommend.

Conveniently located. Great beach access.
Perfect for our quick getaway. The master bedroom faced 30A. Early morning truck noise could be a problem if you're a light sleeper. Also, we were located above a restaurant and early mornings included loud music during prep. Not a deal breaker, but again, if you're a light sleeper. Acces to the beach and parking were perfect. For us beach time was the reason for the trip.

Absolutely Filthy
Thick black mold around most of the vents, small black, curly little hairs everywhere, bloodstains on blankets, dirty beds with stained sheets, a discarded band-aid behind the nightstand. We spent the entire first night vigorously cleaning. There was a nice sign saying the rental was “professionally cleaned for Covid” but I absolutely did not see it. We called the rental management but didn’t hear back until the next day. I would not recommend staying here. It was revolting and quite frankly, dangerous. It was a nice location though. For our troubles, Benchmark Management offered us a very small discount on any additional days we’d like to stay but refused to compensate for the first day of cleaning. It was unfortunate because this was my family’s first vacation of 2020. The condition of the property when we arrived nearly ruined it. Just don’t do it. There are many other options and many other rental companies.

Grand Isle 202
This place is absolutely great! Close to the beach, and close to Seaside, and you have restaurants you can walk to. It was so clean and refreshing on the inside. Very comfortable! We will definitely stay there again.

Basic accommodations in great locaiton
The location is very nice in regards to proximity to beach, Seaside, and other attractions. Our biggest complaint is that pretty much everything in the place is very cheap. The dishwasher didn't do a good job of cleaning the dishes and is incredibly loud; and the toaster and coffee maker both looked like the cheapest thing you could buy off Amazon. The furniture was also marginally comfortable and the beds were just ok. The balcony is a nice feature for people watching, but it faces 30A so traffic noise is heavy at times. Finally, there was a lot of noise from the unit above us which may not be the case with a quieter party: hard to say. Having said all that, if you can get a good deal and you're fine with a basic place that's a short easy walk to the beach, this place fits the bill!
