DETAILS:
208 Spartina Circle is a charming 4-bedroom, 4 bath, 2-story home located directly in front of the Camp WaterColor. Stepping into the property you will find yourself in complete relaxation on the front porch with ample seating and a day bed to enjoy a good read while watching the cruiser bikes peddle by. This gorgeous coastal home features an open concept kitchen, living and dining room which allow for easy entertainment. The living room hosts generous seating around a large flat screen television and opens up to a fully stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Just next to the kitchen you will find a dining table that will comfortably seat 6 along with extra seats around the kitchen bar for the entire family to enjoy a delicious fresh caught meal. Making your way down the hall you will find your first guest bedroom which has easy access onto the large porch for everyone to gather together to enjoy the night sky and a relaxing glass of wine.

Strolling up the stair case to the second floor is the master bedroom featuring a king bed with private bath including a large soaking tub and walk in shower. The master bedroom also features a large balcony to enjoy that special alone time. Down the hall the third bedroom of the home hosts one twin over full bunk bed, which will sleep a total of 3 and additionally provides a private bathroom with tub and shower combo. The final bedroom of 208 Spartina Circle provides sleeping for two in a queen bed with a private bathroom featuring a tub and shower combo. Each bedroom will have a flat screen television for your entertainment along with high speed internet throughout the home.

Great location. House was spacious enough for the 9-10 of us. A few minor issues with the house, but the property manager addressed these adequately and very quickly. Porches are amazing! Used the bikes every day

TV’s (entire audiovisual system) is outdated and needs to be updated.
Clothes dryer needs to be replaced. Master bedroom mattress uncomfortable and needs replaced. Couches are stained and covers very uncomfortable. Great location, awesome porches and roomy. All this said, we would stay here again but needs some updates with furnishings.

Wow. What a beautiful house. The swing on the front porch was so nice and relaxing. The location could not have been better...just walk across the road and you're at Camp Watercolor. The 4 bikes that were included was a nice touch. I didn't think that we'd use them, but the bike rides turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. I also like the fact that the golf cart rental pickup and drop off (and Publix) was a short walk away, so you didn't have to have someone drive you there. This was everything it was advertised to be...we will be back again!
