Dune Villas 6A, an exceptionally maintained 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is an amazingly comfortable place to stay. This condo features granite counter tops, wood grain ceramic tile flooring, beautiful light fixtures and a fully equipped kitchen.

This unit is sure to please! You can step off your balcony into the pool and a few steps away is your beach access over looking the Gulf.

Dune Villas:
Located in the center of Seagrove, the Dune Villas complex is in the perfect place for easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores and of course, the beach. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is about 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular State Parks, as well.

This Gulf-front community offers outdoor grills and shaded tables. Direct beach access is just off the side of the pool and in less than 3 minutes, you can have your bare feet in the soft white sand.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. 30A Anniversary Trip
This place was great! It was so nice being on the south side of 30A. The location was close to Goatfeathers, Publix, and Seaside. We were able to drive to the Hub, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach within 20 min. The space was great. The king sized bed was comfortable. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to cook. We did bring our own toilet paper and paper towels because we read from previous reviews that those items were limited which was true. Overall I recommend this spot and will try to book this condo again in the future!

Great condo, great location
The location was wonderful. We were only steps from the beach and less than 5 minutes from Seaside. My only complaint is that there was only one roll of toilet paper and since we were there a week, we ran out. There was no more available to us, so we had to take care of that ourselves. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location, short walk to the beach!
This property is very cute, clean, and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach and very close to everything you need (restaurants, Publix, bike rentals). The pool is just outside your patio door. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.
