Amazing House
This house has it all. We loved using the pool everyday. The open accordion doors really expanded the living area right out to the pool area. The bedrooms with several king beds were perfect for my married children and spouses. My husband and i loved the large carriage house with a king bed. We also use the golf cart for everything we do - getting groceries, going to the beach, getting take-out, and leasure rides through the beautiful community. Our family of 14 said this house was awesome. We love Watercolor and all the pools and club access. It was a 5 star vacation.

Great house, pool small and dirty
Great communication once property was reserved. Checkin process was pretty easy. The pool is small. I understand that there was a tropical storm but if I pay for a house with a pool and then the pool is too dirty to get in there should be some type of compensation. I was told they were coming out to clean the pool but never showed up. Also the door locks are really tricky and took several days to figure out. The house is nice and plenty of space. The community is really nice. Easy bike ride to beach and restaurants. Carriage house really nice. No logs in fireplace so couldn’t use it.

Family beach trip
Overall the home was very accommodating. Only complaints were the floors were filthy (feet were black if you were barefoot esp in the kitchen), the pool wasn’t cleaned (took us 3 days to get someone to come out and put some chemicals after asking), trash pick up was not daily (took 3 days to pick up trash), master toilet had broken handle, and master drapes In the bathroom were not fixed properly. Andy, our maintenance contact was wonderful and very quick to communicate and to come out and repair anything!
