New 5 Bedroom Watercolor Home

This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A and comes with 5 bicycles as well as access to Watercolor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor & all additional Watercolor pools.

This new home in WaterColor is spacious and spectacular! Located close to Camp WaterColor, 1312 Western Lake Drive has all of the upgrades you are looking for and is luxury living at its best. The living area offers beautiful beamed ceilings that compliment the rich wood flooring. An attached kitchen and dining area provides openness and all of the amenities you deserve. Gorgeous white quartzite counters beautifully adorn this state-of-the-art kitchen, which features Thermador appliances, a beverage refrigerator, and an ice maker. The screened dining porch and outside patio, together with four additional porches (2 screened), extend the living areas into the beautiful WaterColor resort. Four of the five bedrooms offer Master accommodations with en suite bathrooms, king beds and access to outside porches. With the beautiful decor and gorgeous bathrooms, the toughest decision will be deciding which Master bedroom you want. The fifth bedroom is a fun, cheery built-in bunk room featuring 4 twin sized beds and plenty of storage. A second living area on the second floor of this breathtaking home offers seating and a flat screen television for watching movies, playing games, or reading a book. This home provides parking for three vehicles.

Best Trip!
First time to watercolor and it was amazing. The house was incredibly spacious and was just a great home. The home was prime location to everything including publix and seaside. i do recommend getting a golf cart which we did and i highly recommend that! We had our family car there but with the golf cart we did not use it once. Great home and great trip. We will definitely be back!

It was good! The house was adequate for us all. We had to rent extra bikes and a 6 seater golf cart. We also had to furnish spices, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, bath soap, and more. It was on a busy street.

Home is gorgeous! Space is perfect - all king masters with private baths. Upstairs loft and living space add even more space and privacy for teens. Outdoor spaces for everyone. Great location! House does not have a golf cart but we used the courtesy golf cart shuttle and it was so fast and easy and Jeff and John are a delight! The beach club is not far by bike or shuttle. We would stay again!

Great Location for families!
We had SUCH a wonderful time....the location was ideal for kids. The Camp Watercolor pool is only one block away...this pool is perfect for kids of all ages. And the house was BEAUTIFUL...even better than the pictures. All of the outdoor porches were utilized on a daily basis. We will be back!!

The house was perfect. Great location for all the Watercolor has to offer. Walking distance to Camp Watercolor. The bicycles that came with the house worked great. Easy ride to The Beach Club. Would recommend this house to everyone.

Watercolor Multi-Family Vacation
This was our first time to Watercolor in 10 years and what an outstanding job they have done with the Community. The Camp District is great for younger kids and we were within walking distance of the Camp District Pool. The House is fabulous because it has 4 Bedrooms, each with a King Bed. Most of the 4 bedroom rentals do NOT have King beds in all 4 Bedrooms, this is a huge plus. In addition the Kids bunk room is perfectly situated on 2nd Floor. Everything in the Unit worked great, had a small issue with downstairs TV remote, but they came to fix during out trip. We rented an electric golf cart from 3rd party and this was necessary to get to and from beach with young kids. Overall this is a fantastic unit and one we will rent again

Fun Two Weeks at Watercolor
House was perfect for hosting multiple families and was in great shape. Really liked all of the porches, upstairs and downstairs. Four full bedrooms with attached baths were great - rooms were large and spacious, each held a king size bed. Bunk room for kids worked well although one more full bath upstairs would have prevented kids from having to go into their parent's room to wash up/use the restroom. First time staying on Western Lake Drive which was busier than I expected, but not a major issue for us. Would definitely rent again.
