THE SPACE: The entry level of this home has a cozy living area with two comfortable sofas and opens to the kitchen and dining areas. Through the kitchen, you have access to a full-sized washer/dryer to keep your garments clean, which means you can pack less and have more room for your shopping finds. You will also find a guest bedroom featuring a king bed and full bath, perfect for guests who may prefer not to take the stairs.
This home has a full kitchen, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a large breakfast bar where you can cook your own meals. The dining area just off the kitchen has plentiful seating for 8 and additional seating for 4 at the bar. Both the kitchen and dining space are open to the living area, allowing your entire group to be together, whether dining or relaxing.
On the second floor are the spacious master suite with a king bed, a private bath with double sinks, a tiled Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, and a balcony. This suite is perfect for enjoying downtime and the salty sea breeze. Two additional guest rooms are also available, one with a queen bed and a full bath and the other with two bunk beds, making it perfect for guests with kids. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV for your leisure.
COMMUNITY: Beach Haven is a quiet residential community located on Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. It is a quick drive from Grayton Beach, Seaside, and Sandestin and less than an hour's drive from two commercial airports (33 miles to VPS, 38 miles to ECP). There are numerous nearby day attractions and site-seeing opportunities within a short drive to other popular communities such as Destin and Panama City Beach.
DINING and SHOPPING: With close proximity to local restaurants such as The Vue, Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig, Stinky's Fish Camp, and Sunrise Coffee, you can take advantage of the area's best-kept dining secrets. The home offers an outdoor gas grill, outdoor shower, and covered back porch with seating.
PARKING: There is no covered parking but enough space to park 3 large vehicles or 4 small.
NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN: Contact-less check-in. We provide an email prior to arrival with all the check-in instructions and key codes.
HOUSE RULES: You MUST be 25 years old or older to rent this property. This person is required to stay during the entire stay (NO exceptions and NO refunds). This house is pet-friendly for one small dog under 15 pounds - a non-refundable $150+tax fee.

Walton County offers more than 50 beach and bay access points, making it easy to enjoy the 26 miles of coastline. While you are welcome to traverse the wet sand along the entire shoreline, be mindful of private property. Below are five of the closest beach access options:
Lake Causeway Beach Access (directly across from the subdivision) – Ideal for quick visits and scenic walks but limited in space for extended stays.
Fort Panic Beach Access (0.7 miles west) – A county managed beach with a boardwalk, sea oats, and a spacious shoreline. Amenities include parking, bike racks, showers, and restrooms.
Topsail Hill Preserve State Park (2.6 miles west) – A stunning, unspoiled coastal preserve offering a peaceful and secluded beach experience. The park features over three miles of pristine white sandy beaches, towering dunes, rare coastal dune lakes, and scenic hiking trails but requires an entry fee. This is an excellent spot for nature lovers, offering opportunities for birdwatching, fishing, and exploring Florida’s unique ecosystems.
Dune Allen Beach (0.9 miles west) – A modest access point across from Stinky’s Fish Camp, featuring a newer restroom pavilion with multi-stall restrooms, outdoor showers, benches, and bike parking.
Ed Walline Beach (0.8 miles east) – A popular spot near Gulf Place, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, and other local favorites. Features a covered pavilion with picnic tables, grills, and a second-floor balcony for Gulf views.
