This wonderful, beachfront condo is located in the heart of Seagrove and features a spacious living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a private patio for great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining area provides casual dining for four with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Enjoy the awesome amenities like the community outdoor pool, direct beach access, and free WiFi. Beautiful view! Loved the direct access to the beach! We assume no one stayed here since winter because hot water main turned completely off, unclean floors, no cable, messed up coffee pot (which they replaced) and blinds falling down.

Great beach front property.
This location was excellent. I will say that the furniture needs to be replaced and some basics need to be stocked. But… we really enjoyed the beach location and the bed was comfortable.

Beautiful View in Santa Rosa!
Beautiful view, white sand, 30 seconds from the beach, close to everything! We had a wonderful time at your condo. We had everything we needed to make a meal if we wanted to stay in and relax. We were also minutes from great restaurants and shops. We would stay again! Thank for the memories!

We booked this for part of our honeymoon and it was terrible from the get go. Filthy, moldy, sticky spills and hairs on surfaces, bathroom falling apart from disrepair. We spent the first two days of our honeymoon calling vacasa, being put on hold due to high volume of calls. Eventually we were moved to a second location after sending the property manager pictures of the condo. Even though we were moved, my husband and I agreed that we will never book through vrbo/vacasa ever again just to save ourselves the stress.

Beautiful Beach Access
We only stayed at the condo for 9 hours. It has amazing beach access, but over all was just ok. The storm doors are extremely difficult to use, the couch needs replacing and the cleaning crew is just hitting the high spots. The bathroom really needs attention. There were mentions of previous water damage in the reviews and I’m pretty sure there is still a problem. You can smell the mildew/ moisture in the bathroom. There is mildew in the caulk around the tub and faucet, the tub is terrible, the exhaust fan is caked with dust and there were human hairs all over the tub, counter and shower walls that were there from the previous guests. We were also unable to sleep because we coughed all night long, which is why we left at 6:00 AM. This immediately stopped when we left the condo. It has amazing potential, but I’m not sure it’s quiet up to the standards it’s should be for the purpose for which its being used. With just a little work it would be there. I do sincerely believe there needs to be a closer look at hidden issues that may be going on in the bathroom. I would also like to state it is not my intentions to insult the owners nor try to initiate any type of refunds. I am merely stating my observations.

Horrible property except for location.
Screen door and sliding glass door did not work properly and were unable to open and close. Bathroom vanity was collapsing while we were there. Toilet handle was broke. I expected outdated by reading other reviews but this was beyond outdated and to the point of stuff not working at all. Very disappointed.

You can’t beat the location of this unit for beach access. Accommodations were comfortable inside, too. We did have a need to call for a repair and it was handled quickly considering the issue was called in on a Saturday.

Beautiful Condo
This unit was amazing! The porch was so nice to sit on and enjoy the sound of the waves. You could easily see dolphins from the comfortable chairs. Inside it was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the furniture (especially the bed) was all comfortable. The hot water heater worked very well! Parking was easy for us, and finding the unit wasn’t hard. I really recommend this unit!

Has potential, needs some work
I want to start with the good. You cannot beat the view or beach access. I was 100% pleased with it. AC works great. This place has so much potential but does need work. There is water damage in the bathroom that has caused rot or mold around the bottom of the sink and bathroom closet door. The sink cabinets look like they were in an earthquake so we didn’t attempt to use them. The tub needs to be replaced but we just used the shower. Parking is not as shown in photo. Only the even number condos get the garage and the parking space in front of it. We had to call about where to park and they weren’t clear about it on the phone. Said they would call back but only texted and weren’t clear in the text either. Just know you may have to park a ways from your room (still on the property though) and walk. Washer/dryer are stacked and crammed into a tiny space. Not super easy to access but we made it work. Washer makes terrible sounds. If you run the dish washer and the kitchen sink at the same time it makes a terrible sound too. What you’ll need to bring: blankets. Only one very thin blanket on the bed. The couch doesn’t appear very clean so we didn’t open it up to sleep on it. We went to Walmart and bought twin sheets to cover it. TVs are very small but it was fine, we weren’t there to watch tv. Back door that opens to the beach almost impossible to open. Needs work. We did enjoy our stay but of all the beach vacations I’ve had this one needs the most improvements. If these things were repaired we would definitely book again.

Prime beachfront unit
If you’re looking for a prime beachfront property in the heart of Seagrove, this is it. Truly the location of this unit is hard to beat. It is no frills so don’t expect the typical “Seaside” type modern unit. This unit has everything you need but it’s a bit outdated and needs some love, in my opinion. That may not matter to some but wanted to point it out. The A/C worked so well in the July heat and we were very thankful. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. The entire place was sand free when we checked in which I was impressed with for sure. Kudos to the cleaning crew because that sand gets everywhere. Even without an assigned parking space, we had no trouble parking during 4th of July weekend.

NIce condo on the beach

Great location and right on the beach. Unit was very clean and layout as advertised. Would only recomend cleaning the sofa and chair??? And the pull out had some sand in it... Its the beach and I get it. Overall, nice stay and would rent again!

Best quarantine ever!
We quarantined at this location, the view is spectacular and the access to the beach was a big plus. We used the pool too when the beach was closed. THe bathroom is dated, the sliding door to the patio needs lubrication, it runs heavy. The internet password was not available there, we had to wait 24 hours and numerous calls to get it. Thanks you.
