Un paraíso!
Excellente ubicación, al lado de la playa João Fernandez y a una distancia caminable del centro. La vista es preciosa desde la piscina y los cuartos. El dueño del lugar es un sol, super amable y se asegura de hacerte pasar una muy grata estadía. El desayuno es super completo y con esta vista! Muy recomendado!

Não tive uma hospedagem boa, por alguns motivos. Uns acredito q por azar e outro não. Cheguei no hotel e fui super bem recebido pelos donos do hotel. Fiz o check in e estava tudo perfeito, ao voltar pro quarto a noite a descarga não funcionava, chamei o dono da pousada q foi muito solícito em tentar consertar mas não conseguiu, então ele me trocou de quarto q por sua vez estava com o ar condicionado quebrado. Então dormi no 1o quarto mas tinha que usar o banheiro de outro quarto em outro andar. Até acredito que isso seja azar e no segundo dia foi consertado a descagar. Mas o que mais me incomodou é q a pousada aceita animais de estimação mas os donos tem uma cadela q fica boa parte do tempo solta e q não aceita outros cachorros e eu levei o meu. Depois de várias tentativas dela tentar avançar no meu cachorro quando eu estava indo embora a cadela dos donos veio mais uma vez atacar o meu cachorro e eu me botei na frente para proteger o meu e a cadela deles me mordeu. Vc não pode se considerar pet friendly se o seu animal não convive com outros. Fiquei extremamente chateado com essa situação. Não recebi nem um pedido de desculpa do dono por ter sido mordido pelo animal deles.

Agradável, mas com pontos de melhoria
A hospedagem foi agradável. A recepção dos donos é muito boa. Ficamos na suite 10 e gostamos. Pontos de melhoria e que não ficamos satisfeitos:- Fomos de 2 casais e aluguei dois quartos com foto e descrição igual no anúncio. Chegando no local a suite 3 do casal de amigos nosso não tinha ar condicionado funcionando e a cama não era queen como citava no anúncio. - No primeiro dia ficamos com a chave e pedimos que a limpeza  da suíte 10 onde ficamos não fosse realizada, com isso deixamos nossos pertences abertos e coisas de valor além de dinheiro no quarto (não tem cofre), mas a limpeza foi realizada e isso gerou um desconforto imediato quando chegamos no quarto e pós viagem ao chegarmos em casa. Poderíamos ter comunicado sobre o desconforto de imediato, e acabou passando, mas creio que pode ser um ponto de melhoria para o hotel.

DECEPCIONANTE
Esperara uma estadia dos sonhos, mas foi decepcionante. Reservei 10 dias no quarto ECONÔMICO o qual informam ser "sem vista", porém quando chegamos era um quarto adaptado na garagem do hotel, com teto rebaixado que gera claustrofobia, mal iluminado, sem ventilação, com cama desconfortável e portas (de entrada e do banheiro) super barulhentas. Após acordar no dia do Natal com a sensação de que paguei para ficar hospedada no porão de alguém, pedi para trocar de quarto. Nem um pouco preocupado em satisfazer seus hospedes o Sr Fulvio me cobrou à vista 50% a mais do valor da minha hospedagem de 10 dias para ficar 2 dias no porão e 8 dias no quarto Standart, que espera enfim ter uma boa hospedagem. Só que não, a cama e iluminação também eram ruins, o chuveiro fraco e demorava para esquentar, e nem suporte para sabonete tinha. O ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, impossível dormir com ele ligado, para piorar as minhas noites de sono, a cortina blackout não cobre toda a porta de vidro, e acordava com as luzes do dia ás 4h da manhã. O quarto também não tinha janela, somente essa porta que tinha uma vista linda da piscina e do mar, porém você precisava escolher entre ver a vista ou ser visto. O estacionamento na verdade só cabem 2 carros com possibilidade de deslocamento, caso contrário você precisa deixar na rua e pagar o rotativo, ou usar uber. A recepção ficava fechada, não teve serviço de cozinha, e no dia que escolhemos aproveitar a piscina resolveram limpar o telhado.
