The space:
This two bedroom home has all new designer furnishings and linens. The outdoor living space is as comfortable as the indoor, featuring a brand-new outdoor living room set, cantilever lighted umbrella, dining area with on umbrella, awesome private outdoor shower, Weber gas grill in more, all in an abundantly tropical private fenced setting amongst mature bamboo and oaks. This cozy 1000 square-foot home comfortably sleeps four people. The master bedroom has a brand-new queen size bed and the guest room has two twin beds. The kitchen features a gas stove, blender/smoothie maker, excellent set of pots and pans, dishwasher, a double sink, bistro dining set, Keurig coffee maker ( coffee will be available during your stay ). High-speed Internet and a 60 inch smart TV in the living room can access Netflix, Amazon, Pandora and More. There is also an office in the house, washer- dryer set as well. Solid wood doors with crystal doorknobs makes this house super special. There is ample parking for 4+ cars. Need storage for an RV or boat? We've got that too.
Guest access
Guess will have access to beach chairs and umbrella's, beach toys, floats, cooler, tennis rackets, and more. Siesta bike and kayak will deliver bikes to the door for you to rent.
Interactions with guest
If I’m not available to greet you, access to the house is on a access code and a backup lock-box.
The neighborhood
A Half a mile to downtown, it is a comfortable walk to the area attractions and Saturdays famous farmers market. Payne Park, a block away, is a kids paradise featuring two different playgrounds, a skate park, outdoor musical instruments, a running track, tennis courts, Rock-wall, a pond, café and more. St Armand's circle and Lido beach are just down the road three miles away.
Getting around
You were close enough that you can walk or bike to downtown. There is also a free electric shuttle service and SCAT- Sarasota County area transit, runs right up Shade Ave. If you choose to drive, parking in downtown is easy and free.
