La primera vez que me quedé en el año 2022 el estacionamiento era gratuito. Uno llegaba al frente del hotel y te recibía el valet y estacionaba tu auto. Adicional me sorprendieron en el front desk con un cargo mandatorio de $25, adicional a los $10 de estacionamiento por día. En esta estadía los pasillos tenían mal olor y los elevadores estaban sucios, en el cuarto el ice bucket estaba sucio y mi hijo tuvo una cortadura y preguntamos en el front desk por alcohol y nos dijeron que no habia. Las cosas que puedo rescatar de este hotel que es los cuartos son grandes y comodos, la señora que hace la omelette en el desayuno es divina, siempre es un gusto verla. Adicional este año conocimos a un señor de mayor edad en el area del restaurante y fue muy amable. Otra cosa que puedo rescatar del hotel es los complimentary drinks and snacks. Creo que solo me volveria a quedar si con el precio del hotel por noche puedo compensar los gastos que el hotel te impone.

Amazing! The bartenders Zacck and Savannah was awesome. They are the ones who td us about the $25 fee. It wasn't described well. It was a great hotel,pool view was awesome.

The room was adjacent to the ice machine room, so between that and the A/C unit in the room, it was a little noisy. A bit confusing to get into the property and to the lobby for registration.
