Stressful.
The first 2 days were wonderful. On third day the hotel lost power and it was uninhabitable. They didn’t even help us find other accommodations. Or give us any compensation for all the aggravation and stress we endured on our honeymoon.

Breakfast was good. Lots of options and the restaurant had a good menu. Room was very clean, but I did not get housekeeping service the next day. Not sure what happened. Fortunately I was alone so not much was needed. Unfortunately my last night the electric and water went down. I think if that happens we should have gotten a text explaining what occurred. Instead when I awoke at 5:30AM and could not flush the toilet, I called the front desk.I understand things happen but the courtesy of an email or text should have been given. This does mean I would not go back. The people at the front desk were great when I checked in and out. Room was excellent.

We rented out a room for our wedding night. The room was small and not very spacious. I did not even get a full closet where I could hang my dress. Regardless, the room was nice and clean. We called the restaurant multiple times to get room service and we struggled to even reach them. When we finally did they said they were not open till noon so they couldn’t take my order (it was 5 mins till noon), rude. A highlight forms was the breakfast, made to order omelettes and everything was delicious.

Has its plusses and minuses.
Nice hotel, but has a few drawbacks. The closet in our room was a bit narrow, and they don’t have much info in the lobby about local attractions. They deviously added a $25 per day “resort fee” onto the price, which isn’t too bad if you have dinners there and use their bikes but we only had one dinner there. Two of the three elevators weren’t working during half of our stay. (But they knocked $70 of my bill for three nights to compensate.) On the plus side, we liked the location and having a suite.

Hotel accommodations were average. Disappointed that pool on website looks beautiful and luxurious, but in reality it was empty and in need of significant upgrades. When checked out, had to pay parking fee & $25 resort fee. They had given me $25 dining coupon for the on site restaurant and I thought that was such a nice touch but later realized I was paying for it at check out! Convenient to airport, but otherwise very misleading advertising & lots of unexpected fees. Would not stay here again!

GOOD--Very nice rooms Staff very friendly and accommodating Bridges very nice BAD- lo water pressure. not very hot water. lighting in the room inadequate UGLY-the elevators. the talk of the hotel. waiting 10 minutes for an elevator is the norm. not likely to spend my vacation time waiting for an elevator just going to the desk is a 30 minute round trip
