Great staff and hotel
We needed a place to stay because of a hurricane. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating to my family and dogs. The hotel is clean and updated and the rooms are comfortable. We will go back, this time for vacation.

Room was very nice and comfortable. The bar and restaurant were really nice with good food and service. Hard to beat the comp breakfast with made to order omelets. The parking $35 tax is ridiculous. The bike rental didn't work so the comp 2 hrs was a waste of time, plus pool was closed due to hurricane which was never mentioned when booking.

They definitely can do better. Location is good. Breakfast was good The room was ok, was expecting more. Clean, but the door to the bedroom was squeaking like crazy, the fridge was broken, had to call to be replaced. The sliding door in the room that was supposed to hide closet was missing. Sink barely draining. This is something that has to be acknowledged and addressed by the hotel staff and not by the guests. Very disappointing as for the hotel that tries to be more than it actually is. You can probably get more for your bucks staying 2-3 miles from downtown.

Unforgettable experience
My family and I checked in on 10/3/24 and checked out on 10/7...two days before hurricane Milton made landfall, and we were waiting for the Breeze trolley,... bus,... whatever, to take us to the airport. When we finally saw Breeze driver turn the corner towards the hotel pick up area, he/she didn't even stop at the designated spot to give us a chance to walk out from the hotel lobby. They just blew by the pickup point (clearly marked as any other mass transit stop) and kept going. Wind was already kicking up, it was raining, and we had a flight to catch. After we told the hotel manager what had happened, he asked his shuttle driver to take us to the airport; even though the hotel shuttle does not pickup/drop-off at the airport or beaches. The hotel manager was very empathetic and apologized for the inconvenience (even though none of it was his fault). Long story short, our stay was very pleasant, the entire staff was cordial and accommodating, and the management went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! May god bless and watch over all of you. AAAAA++++++!

The room was quiet, well appointed and bed incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was great and restaurant for other meals very good. Dislikes paying 35.00 a day for parking was excessive. The pool while interesting is short on loungers and does not get any sun until late in the day.
