The location is ideal for all your dining, entertainment, water sports, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, golf, deep sea fishing, parasailing, an d shopping. (UTC Mall, St.Armands Circle.). With 2 queen beds, 2 full size beds, 2 queen air beds, all new beds & bedding. 2 large sofas, our home is equipped with everything you need for cooking or grilling. Pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue grill. 4 Tvs, wifi, Roku, 4K. Screened in spacious lanai, patio table & chairs. Large fenced in yard. This house will be completely occupied by the renter. Garage off limits due to personal items stored. Located in an Amish community.

The house is in a quiet, quaint neighborhood that was very convenient for us. Larger spacious home with beautiful back yard was great for us, kids and grandsons. It was just right.

Very old property with construction next building
Property wasn’t clean enoug ( I have pictures) windows withousut glass, it’s just like metal mesh on the windows, so it makes house hot, air conditioner doesn’t help much , really loud construction next building . And we had issue with owner who changed our reservation and price while we were already renting .

Very nice home with all the comforts of a clean home
We enjoyed your home. It was clean, orderly, spacious. Coffee in the morning in screen in back porch, spices for cooking, sheets and towels were nice and clean. I would recommend anyone to stay there. Not to far of a drive into town.

Pleasant stay
We spent a month here and had everything that we needed. Some quirks in the house but it fit a group of 4 comfortably and we all enjoyed our stay. Carol was great at responding and taking care of any needs that popped up.
