NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to a private fenced yard along with access to the unit from Roselawn Street. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.
