Great hotel. Comfortable room, nice bathroom. Right on the weinmarket square. Lots cafes, restaurants and other eateries close. Supermarket 300 m. Pleasant helpful staff. Nice breakfast

Excellent service, historic location and concenuent access to train station.

We really enjoyed our two night stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is so convenient to everything to see in the old town. We could walk to everything and could pay to park the car in a space at the front of the hotel during our stay. This was a much cheaper option to the nearby parking stations. They also had a service to have clothes washed and returned same day at a nearby laundry which was very helpful for us. Would definitely stay again if I visit Lucerne again

Room was small but well laid out and functional. Good location.

This was part of a 21 day trip and was by far my most favorite. The staff and bar tenders were amazing! The views were fairytale perfect!

Very ideal location near to the Chapel Bridge and Old Town. Just 150m walk.
