Park your car in a safe and secure spot behind the home and enter into your slice of Southern charm. A living room with ample seating and flat screen TV is your new gathering spot as you plan your day. Upon your return, open the French doors to the patio and enjoy the sounds of historic Savannah.
A full kitchen makes cooking easy, with granite countertops and a dishwasher. A wine fridge keeps bottles cool while you're out exploring. Attached to the kitchen is a formal dining room, which comfortably seats six guests.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms can be found. The first guest room has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and ample closet space to unpack and feel at home. The second guest room has a Full size bed and beautiful views of the town. Both rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo, accessed from the hall. The primary bedroom is towards the end of the hall and gives two lucky guests plenty of space to sprawl out and feel pampered. The primary bath is en suite and boasts a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Outside, enjoy sweet tea in the courtyard while taking advantage of the grill for dinner. Jasmine Place is the perfect place for families or close friends that might as well be family.
Spend your days walking the cobblestone streets of the river front. Grab a drink to go in the City Market area while you pop in and out of shops on Broughton Street. Take a pedicab down to the Forsyth Park area and play local for a night at one of the well-frequented restaurants off the beaten path. Jasmine Place is central to it all!
