The building is huge and a long way from the casino and long walks from some rooms to the elevators. Very clean, friendly staff. The pillows were all way too soft, for us anyway. Other than the couple starting a huge, extremely loud argument from 1:30 until after 4 am the stay was good

We were a little confused driving in as to where the hotel lobby was located. We received 3 plastic cards. Two of them were room key cards but it wasn't clear to me. You had to be in the elevator to use key card. Once we figured it out, we were good. Then, when in the room, you have to keep your room key card in a slot so lights and heating/ cooling work. Pillows not great. No microwave. No tissues. No hairdryer. But, room was very nice, bed was comfortable, staff everywhere were pleasant and accommodating. Beautiful building. We are at the Steelworks grill. Very good.

Overall it was “fine”.
It was “fine”. They have done some upgrades since I was there last. I opted to stay there so my kids would have access to a pool however when I checked I was informed the pool was under construction. I explained to the reception attendant that was the only reason I had chose to stay at this property. They seemed unaffected and unapologetic. I feel as though I paid a premium for an amenity that not only was unavailable, the facility was aware that the amenity was unavailable when I booked. Overall, this isn’t a place to stay with family.

What a great experience at this location. It offered everything we needed for a quick getaway. And so, so clean. Don’t think I’ve seen an establishment this clean is quite some time. And besides that is the wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is def what we needed for such a short time there. We will def be recommending and returning. Anyone with kids will know what I mean !!!!
