Hotel is showing its age lots of damage visible some areas are poorly taken care of. Business Center showing photos no longer exist they have one computer and a printer that does not work.

We have stayed at this property before, but it seemed more run down this time. The rooms were not well cleaned and neither was the bar area, it took a while to get service and it is awkwardly located on top of a hill. Over seeing a convenient store.

Pictures of the hotel are definitely deceiving! They need some major renovations! Our first room had no heat so we changed rooms, then our room started smelling like Marijuana because someone next to our room was smoking it in their room so we let the receptionist know and were told there was nothing that could be done except to switch rooms again so we did. I noticed most of the outlets were loose and definitely looked like a fire hazzard. All the carpets are very nasty looking and need replaced. The roof for the indoor pool was leaking while we were swimming and found out that its been doing it for months but still hasn't been repaired even though it has been reported. The receptionist was very nice but I believe this is an upper management issue and if this hotel doesnt get the repairs and renovations it needs it will end up being condemned. Definitely NOT worth your money!!

Pet friendly room was clean.
Walking down the hall, there were areas that smelled like cigarette smoke, and it didn’t seem to be coming from guest rooms - more like employee areas. The floors in the check-in area were sticky. The hallway carpet had big stains and was unraveling at the seams. Our room was clean, though. It was a fine pet-friendly room.

Mold in bathroom and smell of cigarettes. Went to bar for a drink and snack. Asked for three Things and they didn’t have any of it.. Front desk employees were super friendly. House keeping smelled of weed.

Safety
As a senior woman traveling alone, safety is a high priority. The entry door for my section was being the building and was supposed to enter only with a code. Code not much use when the door hinge was broken, permanently ajar! The door stop on my unit door wouldn’t move so I relied on the flimsy dead bolt latch. The shower was wonderful but couldn’t help scene from “Psycho” dashing thru my head!

The rooms were supposed to be smoke free but as you walked in the hall it smelled like cigarettes and weed. The carpet was dirty and the room was not worth the price. The rooms are ran down and needs updated. It had a motel vibe instead of a hotel. We were never told when breakfast was and upon checkout, the employees were out front smoking. We had to wait a few for one to come back in.

Very Unpleasant
Stained carpet and chair. bed had been made but when I pulled back the sheets, they were blood spotted and it was obvious it had been slept in. Manager encouraged me to check another room to see if "it meets your standards." The other room had the same stained carpet and chair, and the door didn't latch, but the sheets appeared clean.
