Living room has queen sleeper sofa, flat screen smart tv ; free wireless internet included. First bedroom has a queen bed; the other bedroom has a bunk set (2 twins) plus a full size futon. Private enclosed patio in front and back for outdoor BBQ and dining. Fully stocked kitchen, board games and some sand toys for the kids. You won’t want to miss this one! Parking for 2 cars, no smoking or pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY.

Gem by the sea
The duplex was well appointed with everything we needed to make our weekend special. The location was perfect for strolling the main Seaside downtown with the beach only a block away. I look forward to staying again next year. Thank you!

Overall the location was great. The property itself is somewhat dated and has a bit of a musty odor, like it needs more regular fresh air coming through. The kitchen, bath and living room were very functional and we didn't lack for any conveniences. The size was good for a family of five. We appreciated the games and beach accessories. If it had a bit more TLC and we would have rated it higher, good not great.

This is our second summer visit at this house and it’s perfect for our family of 2 adults + 2 kids. This year the WiFi was fast and reliable too. Very convenient location, clean and comfortable, has all the little things you need.

Cozy and close to the ocean!
The distance from the ocean couldn't be beat. Great seating for a family for dinner and plenty of seating for movie night. The futon and Hideabed left a lot to be desired, but all in all a wonderful experience. The private patio was also perfect!

I had read another review about a musty smell to the place but there were enough good reviews to overlook it. However when we arrived at the property the smell was really intense and I thought I had made a terrible mistake. The first night was miserable but I noticed in the morning that the smell was considerably less so we opened up windows to get some fresh air in and the rest of the stay was great! Could be whatever is used to clean but whatever the case if you air it out at arrival you will have no issues!

Check-in was super easy and we didn't have a problem finding the place. Unfortunately we had giant house Flys (3) stuck in the property flying around. When we arrived the place smelled just like cleaning fumes which gave us instant headaches. There was a lingering smell of stail smoke in the furniture. The location was great. Close to beach and downtown. Nice parking spot right in right too. Beds weren't comfortable. But all in all it was a nice stay.

Great little gem in Seaside
We loved our stay at this wonderful little gem just a block off the Promenade in Seaside. Comfortable and clean with all the amenities needed for a great stay. And the location is awesome...we walked and ran on the beach, strolled through downtown, and enjoyed a day trip up to nearby Astoria and Long Beach, WA. Communication was clear and prompt, and guidelines were through and helpful. Highly recommended. 😊🤙🏽❤️✌🏽

nice and cozy loved the location, quiet, close to beach and main street., location could use a pressure wash on the patio. otherwise clean and cozy place. garbage only goes out once a week, they could use a larger garbage can outside. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great no-frills place in a perfect location. (A block from the beach and a block from all the shops and action on Broadway.) It could use some updating for sure, but it’s clean and comfortable...everything you need for a beach location.

Ideally located bungalow
Perfectly situated on a quiet street one block from the beach and Promenade with easy access, plus it's just around the corner from the main street with restaurants, activities, and everything touristy. The two bedrooms and overall layout worked well for our family and having a fenced in front patio meant we could enjoy a bit of being outside without feeling like we were sitting on the sidewalk. We took advantage of having a full kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, etc. and it worked great. It would have been nice if there was one empty cupboard to keep food in.

I had an amazing time at this cute little cottage by the beach! It was my mom, sister and I that stayed for 4 nights. The beds were super comfortable and the couches in the living room were too! The short walk to the beach was awesome, we walk down every night that we were there. We would love to stay here again! I can't say enough good things about this place.
